While doing a search for Halloween Costumes yesterday via TwitPic API script I found that 20-30% of pictures ware semi-nude or totally naked. Said that, I do not think that Twitpic has been doing a good job on deleting (banning) images and users who are  responsible for the images that have uploaded.
