I have been using TweetFeed for spreading posts like this one to Twitter. But after checking my feed details today Google Feedburner added new feature called Socialize which allows you to add Twitter account. To be honest I have no idea when that came out, must of been recently.
Well If you have blog or feeds that you would like to share via Twitter, go to Feedburner.Google.com and look under publicize tab
