Is that it? Twitter hyper is over? Looks like for past few months Twitter is not doing well with the traffic, could it be due to Twitter Clients like Seesmic or Tweetdeck or ours m.mwd?
If Compete graphs are correct, Twitter already started losing traffic and I do not blame them for adding Twitter List and Retweet buttons on their page recently. Main reason they added those features is, to get back all those users that prefer Clients over Web.
Could mean that Twitter IS or IS not going to Advertise on web page but simply via Sponsored Tweets?, You can read how that is already done by Robert Scoble. He joined Ad.ly yesterday because from what he heard is that some people make $3.000 + per week! That’s right per week not month!
I am not too much confident in Compete graphs because they can’t track every single visitor that comes to Twitter or any other site. For some sites like Tweetmeme it even ads few million visitors!
So let’s say Compete has the traffic somewhat right, and according to them Twitter will start losing traffic starting next month!
