I know Windows 7 should be faster than any previous Windows Operating System but still you can Speed Up Windows 7 just by tweeking few things around. So are you ready? Are you Ready? Let’s get it on…..
- First open “msconfig” you can either type it in Search or Hit [Win] + R on your keyboard and type msconfig. Click on Boot >Advanced Options > Check-mark – Number of Processors >Select 2 >Click OK> In BOOT > Select No Gui Boot.
- Now this next thing is more of a preference , I for example rather have faster PC than looking good but this is totally up to you!
- RightClick on MyComputer> Properties>Advanced System Settings >System Properties >Advanced > Performance (Settings) …Now here you can chose for best Performance or do custom and see what you like the best.
Now I could go on and on about performing your new OS but while doing a reasearch for you I actually stumbled upon really cool post that actually has visual effects on how to speed up your Windows 7.
So here it is by Computing Unleashed
I very liked that post because it’s accurate and very helpful! Wish you good luck and if you are unsure about some settings I would advise you not to change it. Sometimes changes like mentioned above or by Computing Unleashed are very dangerous for your OS or something you might not like.
