Here is quick tutorial on where to download Torrent and How to install Google Chrome OS on Mac or PC.
First download Google Chrome OS Torrent (You will need BitTorrent Client to download it)
Than you need Virtual Box which will allow you to run Google Chrome OS on top of your OS , you can get Virtual Box for Mac PC or Linux OS Here
Once you installed Virtual Box .extract the .bz2 file (I used 7Zip it’s free and fast!) and you will end up with the file called “chromeos-image-999.999.32309.211410-a1.vmdk” attach that file on Virtual Box as Hard Drive and start your VBox.
