I feel your pain when friends or family member asks you to troubleshoot their Windows. With Windows 7 that pain goes away at least the part when they try to explain what they did and what they see.
Yeah it’s easy to remote into their pc but what if the problem lies in the network setting?
Ok here is what you can do!
With Windows 7 you can now let other person record step by step what they did or you can even record what you did and send them screenshots and step by step guides.
Easy! Go to Start type PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) this will record every step you or your client are currently doing on pc.
After PSR is finished you or them can send zip file via email.
See I told you it’s Easy!
Now let them know there is another option! Install Ubuntu!!
