Apple pretty much blocked Palm Pre with new iTunes version 8.2.1 but Palm Pre released WebOS 1.1.0 update which removes the block from syncing Palm Pre with iTunes.
If you are Palm Pre owner just upgrade to the latest webOS 1.1.0 and you should be able to sync your Music and Videos with iTunes.
